The aīre ventures entrepreneurship initiative, Opportunity Connect is a neighborhood-based network intentionally designed to break the barriers limiting BIPOC / underrepresented entrepreneurs so they can grow their business from 1 to 1 million.

They serve entrepreneurs by accelerating the growth of their small businesses through training, technology, and trusted connections to capital and other tangible opportunities. By co-developing and coordinating a network of new and existing resources at a grass-roots level, they facilitate economic empowerment for unrepresented entrepreneurs and help revitalize the neighborhoods where they live or work.
